A. Athlete Registration & Contact Forms
When athletes, organizers, or visitors register on our portal or contact us via forms, we collect personal details such as full name, date of birth, contact number, email address, physical address, and athletic profile details required for event registrations and management.
B. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist in spam detection.
An anonymized string (hash) created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy. Upon approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
C. Media
If you upload images to the website (e.g., profile pictures, athletic documents), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can potentially download and extract location data from images on the website.
