1. Rajasthan sports Payment Terms
  All entry fee payments are due upon receipt.
If a payment is not received or a valid payment method is not provided, the athlete forfeits the right to participate in the competition.
No competition entry will be accepted or processed without full payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
An entry may be cancelled at any time before the payment has been processed.
Once payment has been successfully processed, the athlete remains responsible for the fee, and cancellations will no longer be permitted.
3. Refund Policy
Registration fees are strictly non-refundable once processed.
Refunds will only be issued if the event/competition is officially cancelled or not organized by the rajasthan sports
4. Safety & Legal Disclaimer
rajasthan sports is not responsible for any personal health, medical, or safety concerns arising after an athlete completes registration.
If an athlete sustains any injury, illness, or medical emergency before, during, or after the competition, the Association shares no liability or financial responsibility.
